Fast friendly service. Jackson was very polite and explained everything to us. All the employees were friendly and service was exceptional. My go to place for oil changes. Highly recommend this take 5 location

The service was good overall, but I was disappointed by the pressure to purchase a coolant replacement. Even after I said I wasn’t planning to do it right away, the technician continued pushing the service and made comments that made it seem urgent. When I got home, my husband checked it and found nothing that required immediate attention. It felt like I was being pressured into paying for a service I didn’t actually need.

I was very happy with the service. Great team of employees who handled multiple customers very well. Very coordinated, quick and effective. Good leadership there too. The employee named Rocky was excellent, knew everything about every vehicle, and seemed that she was a natural leader. Expensive of course, but got a few extras. Overall, I’m quite happy.

This morning I went This take 5 oil change and was greeted fine but this staff member for some reason was talking so fast like he was in Comercial reading those small print letters, so I had to kept telling him to repeat. They didn't had the correct tool the check the air and a.c filters. Now the oil they had was duramax full synthetic which I though they had Pennzoil full synthetic, which is a bummer. Now they do have a $15 off coupon but it come out the same thing if I would had gone to jiffy lube which I consider to be way better I just want to try this guys out but won't happen again. One of the thing that bother me the most in my receipt clear show Air filter clean which wasn't and it also show windshield cleaned which wasn't because I was sitting in my car while they where working on it. The last is franchise practice not the staff but was told to return again onces I hit 3,000 miles when a full synthetic oil give you 5,000 on the low end, 7,500 mid and on the high 10,000 which for me sound like a scam so they get more money of you. With a full synthetic oil you got make it worth it to run those miles that way you pay extra. To be clear they work better fast and polite. Ne
